The main living areas of this 400m² chalet are spacious and inviting. A cosy lounge sits beneath a vaulted ceiling of old wood, where sumptuous chocolate-brown sofas blend in harmoniously with the natural wooden interiors. A classic stone and wood fireplace sits at one end, while expansive picture windows envelop the lounge space and bathe the room with light. In an open-plan space, a small step up from the lounge, you will find the dining and kitchen areas of Chalet. The long dining table sits atop a glass floor that peers into the spa area below, while the kitchen is immense, fully-equipped with everything you could need for your self catered ski holiday in Italy, including a wine rack of vintage bottles and a colossal kitchen island with breakfast bar seating around it. Chalet enjoys a private garden area, forming a magical winter setting when the snow falls.

Chalet lowest level is home to its wonderful wellness area of refined design and excellent offering. From the relaxation space, you will have access in all directions to a different wellness option, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of exploring the ski area of Livigno. Enjoy the use of a swim-spa, whether it’s for a leisurely swim against the counter current swim system or a relaxing soak against the massage jets. Head outside into an enclosed garden space to soak in the Jacuzzi situated here. There are the choices of both a sauna and Hammam, alongside some emotional and rain showers to cool off, and a massage room for some bespoke, targeted treatments.

Chalet features four gorgeous double bedrooms in total, three of which include mezzanine areas with additional beds, meaning the chalet can sleep anywhere from 8 to 11 guests. Chalet is a luxury chalet in Livigno, located at the top end of the resort, a short distance to the slopes and main high streets.

For skiing, the chalet is well-situated, just 100m from the Cassana Gondola. This gondola gives you easy access to a number of beginner pistes located close by the chalet, as well as giving you full access to the Carosello side of Livigno’s ski area. The other side of Livigno’s ski area, the Mottolino side, is more suitable to intermediates and above, and is a 4 minute drive from the chalet, although free shuttle links run regularly between the two sides throughout the day.

The central street of Livigno, Via Plan, is located an 11 minute walk from the chalet. This is the main shopping street, along which you will find dozens of shops and many restaurants and bars. However, there is a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops starting within a 2 minute walk from the chalet, leaving you plenty of choice.

The Livigno Lake is found away from the main town, a few minutes drive or 15 minute walk north from the chalet.
